These Terms govern your use of the TryWare AI mobile application and related services ("the Service"), operated by Omkar Gharge, trading as CrazzyAppz, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TryWare AI. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must be 18 or older to purchase credits.
You sign in using Google or email through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free try-ons is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension.
TryWare AI generates an AI-created approximation of how a garment might look on you, based on the photographs you provide.
Generated images are artistic approximations produced by a machine learning model. They are not a reliable guide to real-world fit, size, colour accuracy, fabric behaviour or measurements. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase decision, and we accept no liability for purchases you make elsewhere based on a generated image.
By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that uploading it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Do not upload a photograph of another identifiable person without their clear consent. Never upload images of children other than your own.
You must not upload content that is nude, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, unlawful, or that depicts a person in a manner they would find degrading. You must not use the Service to create misleading imagery of a real person, including public figures.
You keep ownership of your images. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them solely to provide the Service — including sending them to our AI provider to generate your result. We do not use your photographs to train models, and we do not sell or license them to anyone.
Subject to these Terms and to your having the rights to the inputs, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We make no warranty that a generated image is free of third-party rights.
The Service runs on prepaid credits. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
Credits do not expire. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we depend on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control. Where a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits used are automatically returned to your account.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, abuses the free trial, or is used unlawfully. Where a breach is serious, remaining credits may be forfeited without refund.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes remaining credits without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or purchasing decisions made on the basis of a generated image.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have where you live.
