1 Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When you sign in with Google Sign-In, we may collect your name, email address, and profile photo URL to create and manage your account.

b) Photos You Upload

To generate AI virtual try-on results, you upload a photo of yourself and a clothing image. These images are securely transmitted to our AI processing servers solely to generate your requested results and are not stored permanently.

c) Generated Images

Generated images are saved locally on your device. Temporary generated files inside the App may be automatically removed after seven (7) days unless you explicitly save them to your device gallery.

d) Payment Information

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, banking credentials, or other payment information. We store your purchased credit balance and transaction history.

e) Device & Usage Information

• Device model and operating system version
• App version and current patch version
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs
• Update status metadata (e.g., whether a code update was downloaded)
• In-app interaction analytics — screens visited, taps, scrolls, and session duration
• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) and app-event data, used only to measure advertising — see section e.2

e.1) Session Analytics & Screen Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the App so we can improve it. Clarity records a visual playback of your session — which screens you open, where you tap, and how you scroll — along with a pseudonymous account identifier.

The only identifier attached to a session is your internal account ID. We do not send your name, email address, or profile photo to Clarity. You may ask us to disable analytics for your account at any time using the contact details at the end of this policy.

e.2) Advertising Measurement

We advertise TryWare AI on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To understand which adverts actually lead to people installing and using the App — rather than paying for adverts that do nothing — the App reports a small set of app events to Meta using the Meta SDK.

The events reported are limited to milestones in your use of the App: that a first sign-in occurred, that photo setup was completed, that a try-on image was generated, that the credits screen was opened, that a checkout was started, and that a purchase completed (including the amount paid). Alongside these, Meta receives your device's Google Advertising ID and your internal account ID.

You can limit this at the device level at any time: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads lets you delete or opt out of your advertising ID, which stops it being shared. You may also ask us to disable advertising measurement for your account using the contact details at the end of this policy, and we can switch it off remotely without requiring an App update.

f) Deletion Fingerprint (Anti-Abuse)

Upon account deletion, we store a one-way cryptographic fingerprint (HMAC-SHA256 hash) of your email address. This fingerprint is not reversible — no email address can be recovered from it. It is used solely to prevent free-trial abuse while complying with all applicable privacy laws.

2 How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account and manage sessions.
• Generate AI virtual try-on images from your uploaded photos.
• Manage your credit balance and purchases.
• Improve App performance and reliability.
• Analyse how the App is used — which screens people visit and where they encounter difficulty — so we can improve the experience. This analysis excludes your photos.
• Provide customer support.
• Detect fraud and prevent free-trial abuse.
• Deliver over-the-air (OTA) code updates for bug fixes, performance improvements, and feature enhancements without requiring a full app store update.

• AI image generation providers — currently OpenAI. We may switch to another provider (such as Google Gemini or xAI Grok) to maintain service quality and availability. Whichever provider is active receives only the two photos needed to produce your try-on image, and no account details.
• Microsoft Clarity (in-app analytics and session replay, with your photos masked)
• Meta Platforms (advert measurement — app events and advertising ID only, no photos)
• Shorebird (over-the-air code update delivery)

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those policies for details on how they handle your data.

5 Automatic Software Updates

TryWare AI uses Shorebird, a third-party over-the-air (OTA) update service, to deliver Dart code patches directly to your device. This allows us to quickly fix bugs, improve performance, and deliver minor enhancements without requiring you to download a full update from the Google Play Store.

How It Works

• When you open the App, it automatically checks Shorebird's servers for available code patches.
• If a patch is available, it is silently downloaded in the background and applied the next time you restart the App.
• These updates only modify the App's Dart (application logic) code. They cannot change native device functionality, request new permissions, or access new device capabilities.

Data Transmitted

During the update check, the following non-personally-identifiable technical metadata is sent to Shorebird's servers:

• App identifier and release version
• Current patch number (if any)
• Device platform and architecture (e.g., Android arm64)

Scope & Limitations

• OTA updates are limited to Dart code only. Changes to native code (Java, Kotlin), new plugin integrations, or asset changes require a traditional Play Store update.
• OTA updates do not change the App's core purpose or functionality in ways not originally disclosed in the Play Store listing.
• All updates are delivered over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.

6 Data Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share information:

• With trusted service providers necessary to operate the App (Firebase, Razorpay, our current AI image generation provider, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Platforms, Shorebird).
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• To protect our legal rights or investigate fraud.

7 Data Security

• HTTPS / TLS encryption for all data in transit, including OTA update downloads.
• Google OAuth for secure authentication.
• Secure payment processing through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Cryptographic hashing (HMAC-SHA256) for sensitive identifiers.
• Code updates are delivered exclusively through Shorebird's verified and signed patch system.
• Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards on our servers.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to certain processing of your data.

9 Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your TryWare AI account at any time via two methods:

Method 1 — In-App (Instant)

1. Open the TryWare AI app.
2. Tap Settings (bottom navigation bar).
3. Scroll to the ACCOUNT section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm in the warning dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.

Method 2 — Web / Email Request

Email us at support@crazzyappz.in with subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email linked to your account. We will process it within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

10 Children's Privacy

TryWare AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
