How to delete your account
| 1 | Open the TryWare AI app on your device. |
| 2 | Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar. |
| 3 | Scroll down to the Account section. |
| 4 | Tap Delete Account (shown in red). |
| 5 | Read the warning and tap Delete Permanently to confirm. |
| 1 | Send an email to our support address below. |
| 2 | Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request" |
| 3 | Include the email address linked to your TryWare AI account. |
| 4 | We will confirm deletion within 7 business days. |
What data is deleted vs. retained
Name, email, profile photo URL
All purchased credits (non-refundable)
All past generation records on our servers
Credit purchase and usage ledger
Google Sign-In credentials revoked
All locally stored images and history
HMAC-SHA256 hash only — no PII retained
About the email fingerprint: We retain a one-way cryptographic hash (HMAC-SHA256) of your email address after deletion. This hash cannot be reversed to reveal your email and contains zero personal information. It exists solely to prevent free-trial abuse — re-registering will not grant new free credits. This practice is GDPR-compliant and fully aligned with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
